Dollcast were employed to manufacture and install a steel framed hotel and apartments right next to the sea in Polzeath. This involved some tricky erection with the tight site and also involved redesigning the top floors of the building from Timber into Steel. Most of the erection occurred during the winter but despite everything we managed to get the frame handed over in time for other trades to follow on behind us.
